Buccaneers extend Tom Brady through 2022

Published on

Future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady continues to win on and off the field. Despite the age of 43, the former seventh-round pick is showing no signs of slowing down. According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, the Buccaneers have decided to extend Brady’s contract for another four years in Tampa Bay.

According to Schefter, the extension voids a one-year extension and keeps him in Tampa through 2022. Brady recently won his seventh Super Bowl title after defeating the Kansas City Chiefs 31-9 in Super Bowl LIV.

Brady’s resume as a quarterback has reached a level to where he is now mentioned as one of the all-time great athletes in America. The former Michigan Wolverine has appeared in 10 Super Bowls and has won 17 division titles and seven Super Bowl victories.
