T.Y. Hilton returns to the Colts

According to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport, wide receiver, T.Y. Hilton will remain with the Indianapolis Colts. The deal is for one year and worth $8 million guaranteed and can escalate to $10 million with specific incentives. New quarterback Carson Wentz now has another target to throw the football to in the passing game.

Indianapolis is expected to contend for the AFC in 2021 due to the acquiring of Carson Wentz from the Philadelphia Eagles. The Colts also contain one of the best defenses in the National Football League led by Darius Leonard and Deforest Buckner. TYH signed a six-year $65.547 million dollar contract that included $39 million guaranteed.

Hilton has spent his entire career with the Colts dating back to 2012. Hilton has over 9,360 career receiving yards, 608 receptions, and 50 touchdown scores. At the moment, Hilton currently ranks third on the Colts all-time wide receiver list.
